Terms & Conditions

To bring our best selves to the sessions, it is important we share an understanding about how we will work together.

Sessions:

Each session will be up to one hour long - they may go over, it all depends on how the session goes, I will try my best to keep them within the hour, but please make allowances for going over the hour.
Each session will be LIVE & Recorded - meaning, that if you can’t make a session, you will be able to catch up at your leisure, through your portal sign up.

Session dates and timings below:

Session 1: Sunday 28th November 8pm GMT • How to get assisting work & how to assist;

Session 2: Thursday 2nd Dec 8pm GMT • How to work with PRs;

Session 3: Thursday 9th Dec 8pm GMT • Creating teams & test shoots;

Session 4: Thursday 16th Dec 8pm GMT • Getting placed in magazines;

Session 5: Monday 20th Dec 8pm GMT • Finding clients.

Emails & Surveys

You will be sent 5 emails, one for every session, in each email will be a survey, which you will need to fill out. The survey will be on the Subject we will be discussing that week.

In Person Group Contact:

All questions/contact will be via email - griffiths.danielle@gmail.com or on live sessions - during daytime hours UK time.
I will bring myself free from distractions to any sessions and will always do my best to accommodate times that suit you. I respectfully ask that you also bring yourself to the sessions free from any distractions.

Payment:

Payment will be made one of two ways:

One time payment - £250
or
5 x payments over 5 weeks, @ £70 equalling £350 max.

Cancellation Policy

This is a Business to Business (B2B) purchase. Please note that once you access the sessions that you purchase, you no longer have the right to cancel the payment / sessions
However - I understand life sometimes gets in the way - You will have 14 days (from 1st payment) cooling off period - where you will get a full refund if you choose not to partake in the sessions.

Relationship:

We are entering into a working relationship and there is not, or will there ever be, any kind of psychological counselling.

Misunderstandings:

An important part of a working relationship is in finding challenges and encouraging the client to push themselves. If I do or say anything that upsets you please do let me know. I want to provide you with the support you need and believe that honesty and trust is critical for our relationship to grow. I want this to be an open and safe place for you to attend with confidence.

Guarantees:

You recognise that I will always have your best interests at heart and that with hard work and an open mind you can make life-changing strides in your goals. However, as with anything in life, there are no guarantees and your success is dependent upon your effort outside of the sessions, so no guarantees are being made.

Confidentiality

You recognise that when we do the sessions together you may divulge goals, future plans, business affairs, personal and private information. I will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use any such information for my own benefit or disclose it to a third party.

All materials are for your use only – if found to be in breach of this requirement by misuse of the content, legal remedy will be taken and all access will cease.

FAQ

Will I have lifetime access to the recording?

You’ll have portal access to your sessions for at least two years. In reality, it will probably be longer than that, but since all software systems eventually break down, we can’t guarantee this will be forever.

Plus you can always upgrade to the latest and newest sessions - and get a whole new year of five live sessions for a very low maintenance fee.

When will the recorded sessions be available?

Soon after each session finishes.

Do I need to partake in the sessions?

I would absolutely love for you to partake in each live session, this is an opportunity for all of us to get to know each other & for you to develope yourself as a stylist. For you to get the most out of these sessions, it is best if you join them live & interactively - however I understand that a sometimes people find it difficult to be present - I only ask one thing, for you to fill in the survey each week, that you will receive from me, VIA email a few days before the next session, this way I am able to help you and answer your questions.
